is a powerful shake that can be used as a meal replacement. It
is loaded with protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals
and antioxidants.

cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Bliss organic hemp milk
1 scoop Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Protein Powder
2 packs Organic Acai - (Sambazon Original Blend - 100g each)
1 tbsp Green Foods Powder (Amazing Grass SuperFood blend)
1 tbsp Maca Extreme (Sunfood Nutrition)
Combine
all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until
creamy smooth.

3 medium bananas
3/4 cup agave nectar
Preheat
the oven to 350F and oil an 8 inch by 8 inch brownie pan with
hemp seed oil. With a blending device, puree bananas in a large
bowl. Then mix in the hemp seed oil, agave nectar, hemp seed nut
and hemp protein powder. Carefully pour the delicious batter into
the brownie pan. Place the pan into the oven and cook for about
30 minutes. Allow to cool, then cut with pizza cutter or knife.
Banana Chocolate Hemp Muffins

1 cup Spelt flour
1 cup Bean flour (grind any kind of bean in coffee grinder)
1 cup Flax seed meal (ground flax seeds)
1 ∏ cups Oats
1 tsp Sea salt
π cup Organic cane sugar
∏ cup Cocoa powder
∏ cup Carob chips
1 tbsp Baking powder (aluminum free)
2 large Bananas (or 3 small)
3 ∏ cups Water
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients
together. In a separate bowl, blend bananas with water. Combine
wet mixture to the dry mixture. Mix until smooth. Lightly oil
the muffin tray. Spoon the mixture into the tray. Bake for 20
minutes or until golden brown.
